Interactive poem, coming soon.

Last night, a group of friendly folk gathered at the Pulp Fiction Coffee House in Kelowna, for an ARTSCO 60 Artists in 60 Spaces event, featuring poet Lesley-Anne Evans and the calming atmospheric instrumental and vocals of musician Dorte Meyer.

As the evening progressed, conversations and poems and songs were shared, and the audience were asked to bravely contribute their own words to a found poem interactive exercise. Enthusiasm was strong, and Lesley-Anne gathered up an outpouring of words from the willing audience. She then moved to a quiet space and melded the found words into a new poem which she shared as the final presentation piece of the evening.

The poem will be published here this week. Stay tuned.

Thank you to Max Sloan of Pulp Fiction for your hospitality, to ARTSCO for the honour of participating in your anniversary event, and to the welcoming and enthusiastic audience.
